Born in Wales, I have been creating art from a very young age. Since graduating in 1991, I've continued to explore my own style. 

 

I am currently interested in depicting the human condition and am painting on board using quality oil paints.  I incorporate dried paint on telephone directory paper, and use the board as a surface to distress and sand down as required.  I enjoy playing with the idea of painting pictures of people within mundane lists of names and numbers, and use the fragments of scrap paper to shift my work in sometimes unpredictable directions. 

 

My work is now being collected across the world from New Delhi to the Republic of South Korea, Belgium, Italy, Japan, Germany and the USA.
